Security Officer Patrol Driving Role

About the role

As a Security Officer Patrol Driving Role in Mobile, AL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. In this unarmed patrol role, you will monitor and patrol a dynamic industrial location, complete routine driving patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
• Monitor the location for unusual activity and report observations, incidents, and/or concerns according to site-specific procedures.
• Support access control and other security-related duties as assigned based on the location's needs.

Requirements

• A TSA issued TWIC is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Must pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Must pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
