What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access activity support, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including production areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter points, to help identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor entry and exit activity for people, vehicles, and/or deliveries in accordance with site policies, helping to support authorized access and orderly traffic flow.
- Report maintenance issues, hazards, and/or policy violations observed during patrols, and follow site-specific protocols for escalations and incident reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
