As a Security Officer Patrol Driving Role in Portage, MI, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Healthcare. This part-time, unarmed patrol officer position involves conducting routine rounds, maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents, responding to security-related concerns, and providing exceptional customer service. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, patients, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of healthcare facility interiors, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and escorts as assigned, and report access-control concerns to site leadership.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Pay

$17.00 / Hour

• Wednesday: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Thursday: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
