As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out assigned security-related procedures, property policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout building common areas, entrances, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance, access control, and/or security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and assist with enforcing site rules, delivery procedures, and/or after-hours entry protocols.
• Complete routine reports, logs, and shift communications, and support property management with security-related inquiries, directions, and/or customer service needs.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1+ years of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

$18.00 / Hour

Schedule

Daytime, Saturday 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Sunday 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
