What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or resident concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to the appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential location, including community entrances, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter access points.
• Monitor access to the property by observing incoming and outgoing traffic, verifying visitor information when required, and helping to deter unauthorized entry.
• Support a professional atmosphere by communicating clearly with residents, guests, property staff, and/or first responders during routine activities and unexpected situations.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
