Security Officer Patrol Driver Role
About the role
Join Allied Universal at a dynamic aerospace and defense location as an unarmed patrol professional in a driving post. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns.
- Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizations, and report policy violations, maintenance issues, or suspicious behavior according to site guidelines.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
