Security Officer Patrol Driver Role

About the role

Award-winning Allied Universal® is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver to join our team in Bedminster, NJ. This role serves and protects clients in various industries including Commercial Real Estate.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, property policies, and responding to emergencies.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with property management and/or local contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Maintain visibility to control access, observe activity, and report security-related concerns, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations.
• Support daily operations by completing routine reports, maintaining a visible presence, and providing courteous assistance with directions, questions, and/or general property-related concerns.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licenses are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations.
