The position is a full‑time Unarmed Patrol Driver security officer in Pleasant Prairie, WI, serving commercial real‑estate clients and other industries.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees by carrying out security‑related procedures, location‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access‑control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner while communicating with appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout commercial office areas, common spaces, parking facilities, and the surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor entrances, visitor activity, and facility conditions; report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and security‑related issues according to location procedures.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications to support continuity of operations.

Requirements

• At least one year of security‑related experience (or prior law‑enforcement or military experience).
• Valid driver’s license with at least one year of driving history, meeting Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles (21+ for armed roles).
• Alarm panel experience (preferred).
• Customer service experience (preferred).
• Access control and badge experience (preferred).
• Successful background investigation and drug screen as required by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply based on state or local regulations.

Pay

$19.50 per hour.

• Thursday: 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM
• Friday: 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM
• Saturday: 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM
