Security Officer Manufacturing Facility Patrol Driver

About the role
As a Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing and industrial facilities, production areas, offices, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and document visitor, contractor, delivery, and vehicle activity in accordance with site procedures.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating observations and escalating concerns to appropriate personnel.
- Complete accurate reports, maintain activity logs, and communicate relevant security-related information during shift handoffs.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
- A Guard Card or license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Schedule
- Tuesday: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Wednesday: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Thursday: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
