About the Role
As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Operations in Cleveland, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a manufacturing and industrial location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This driving position requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements. What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities in a manufacturing and industrial location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, parking areas, entry points, and the facility perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access points and verify authorized personnel, visitors, and deliveries in accordance with site-specific requirements.
- Document observations, incidents, and irregular conditions, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
Minimum Requirements
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
