Security Officer Patrol Driver Operations

About the role

Join Allied Universal at a dynamic aero and defense location as an unarmed patrol professional in a driving post. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials for authorized personnel, visitors, and deliveries in accordance with site protocols for an aerospace and defense location.
• Support incident response by communicating with local authorities, emergency contacts, and/or site management while following post orders and maintaining detailed activity logs.

Requirements

• Supervisory experience is required.
• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
