About the role
As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location in Dallas, TX, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This driving position supports a caring, people-first culture while working with an agile, reliable, and innovative team.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing and industrial facilities, production areas, access points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as required, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures.
- Prepare accurate reports of incidents, observations, and patrol activity, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of security-related experience.
- Valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- At least 21 years of age (18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
Pay
$18.50 / hour
Schedule
- Monday: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Wednesday: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Friday: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
- Saturday: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
- Sunday: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
