As a Security Officer Driver Patrol Operations in Miami, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer supporting a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and report security-related concerns. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Deliver exceptional customer service and communication while supporting a caring, agile, reliable, innovative, team-oriented culture built on integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity at an industrial location, verifying credentials and documenting entries in accordance with site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, production areas, loading zones, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency services as needed.
• Complete detailed activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation while communicating observations to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
