Security Officer Patrol Driver - Full Time

About the role

Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location in Horicon, WI. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to alarms, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual activity and potential hazards.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor credentials as required, and maintain accurate security-related logs and incident documentation.
• Report maintenance concerns, access-control issues, and other security-related observations to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 19 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Friday: 04:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sunday: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
