Security Officer - Patrol Driver - Full Time

About the role

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing and industrial buildings, production areas, parking locations, access points, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access to the location by observing vehicle and pedestrian activity, verifying authorization as required, and reporting unusual conditions.
• Document patrols, incidents, and security-related observations in accordance with site procedures and Allied Universal reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 19 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

$20.25 / hour

Schedule

• Monday: 04:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• Friday: 06:00 AM - 04:00 PM
• Saturday: 04:00 AM - 10:00 AM
• Sunday: 04:00 AM - 12:00 PM
