Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the mall, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance, access control, and/or security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic locations to help to deter theft, trespassing, loitering, and/or other policy violations while maintaining a professional presence.
• Aid with access-related requests, directional support, and customer inquiries while communicating clearly with tenants, visitors, law enforcement, and/or emergency responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
