Pay Rate
$19.45 / Hour
Job Schedule
Must be available for a six (6) month commitment as an Anchor Shift. Earn more by claiming-a-shift through our scheduling platform.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a public transportation location.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or public agencies as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of transit platforms, boarding areas, waiting areas, parking locations, and perimeter spaces to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points and public areas, assist with directing foot traffic, and report maintenance concerns, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations to the appropriate contacts.
- Support Allied Universal and location protocols by maintaining a visible presence, following post orders, and completing required reports related to daily activities and incidents.
Minimum Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
