Mon: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, offices, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry points, badge checks, and visitor activity in accordance with site protocols to help to deter unauthorized access and support daily operations.
• Observe and report maintenance issues, hazards, and/or policy violations encountered during patrols, and follow post orders for escalation and incident reporting.

Minimum Requirements

• Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
