Security Officer Patrol Driver - Downtown

About the role

As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Milwaukee, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic automotive location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an automotive location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, loading and receiving zones, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and help to verify entry and exit activity for personnel, visitors, and/or deliveries in accordance with site protocols.
• Report maintenance concerns, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations observed during patrols, and follow post orders for notification and follow-up.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years old for armed roles.
• Licenses: Valid driver’s license, CPR and/or First Aid certification (optional).
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
