Security Officer / Patrol Driver

As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in City Of Industry, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, delivery-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing and industrial buildings, loading areas, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, documenting observations and reporting unusual conditions to site leadership.
• Assist with maintaining orderly operations by following post orders and communicating clearly with employees, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licenses required are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Skills

• Customer service experience.
• Security-related experience.
• Computer or tablet proficiency.
