Job Description

As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Assignment in Bronx, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal at a leading financial institution location where you will conduct routine unarmed patrols, support access and badge activities, and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence and strong customer service. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, entrances, lobbies, parking areas, and perimeter points, while helping to identify unusual activity and/or potential policy violations.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry in accordance with site procedures, helping to support a controlled environment within a financial institution location.
• Prepare clear, timely reports on incidents, observations, and daily activities, and report maintenance issues, hazards, and/or suspicious behavior to the appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements

• Supervisory experience is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
