Security Officer Patrol Driver Armed

About the role

Join Allied Universal at a dynamic chemical and petrochemical location as an armed, driving officer, helping to monitor and patrol assigned areas while supporting critical operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts, local authorities, and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility, operational areas, access points, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or authorizations, and support the control of restricted areas involving hazardous materials, equipment, and sensitive operations.
• Support incident reporting, daily activity logs, and post orders while maintaining professional presence and following all applicable armed post requirements, site rules, and Allied Universal guidelines.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
