Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and actions according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production, warehouse, loading, parking, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity and report security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as directed, and help to deter unauthorized entry into restricted or operational areas.
• Support daily operations by communicating with site contacts, reporting maintenance or hazard concerns, and following post orders related to deliveries, employee movement, and facility activity.

Requirements

• An armed guard card and/or license is required.
• At least 6 months of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
