Security Officer Patrol Documentation Officer

About the role

As a Security Officer Patrol Documentation Officer in Charlotte, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require attention.
• Maintain a visible presence, assisting employees and visitors with directions and/or general information, and reporting maintenance or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Requirements

• Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
