About the Role
As a Security Officer CPR Preparedness in Richardson, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. You will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support access control activities. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while responding to security-related concerns.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including communication with site contacts and emergency personnel as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of the commercial real estate location, including building areas, access points, parking facilities, and perimeter locations.
- Monitor access control systems, visitor activity, and alarm notifications; document observations and report unusual conditions according to site-specific procedures.
- Complete detailed incident reports, daily activity logs, and shift handoff communications while supporting a professional environment for tenants, visitors, and employees.
Requirements
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- A Guard Card or security-related license is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay Rate: $18.07 / Hour
