Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including business spaces, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment through exceptional customer service and clear communication.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate observations and request appropriate assistance when needed.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain required activity logs, incident documentation, and shift communications.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licenses are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Qualifications
