As a Security Officer / Patrol in San Bernardino, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing and industrial work areas, loading docks, parking areas, access points, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and document entries, departures, and deliveries in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
• Complete accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation while communicating observations to Allied Universal leadership and client representatives.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licenses required may vary based on state and/or local laws and regulations.
• A valid driver’s license may be required for driving positions only.
