Security Officer Patrol Agent

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and reporting according to post guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Maintain a visible presence, assist with incident-related inquiries, and coordinate with site contacts and/or first responders when needed.

Requirements

• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
