As a Security Officer Patrol Agent in Lubbock, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floor areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter locations, as directed by post orders.
• Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and/or potential theft-related concerns, helping to deter loss and supporting store personnel with security-related matters.
• Assist with access control, crowd management, and/or de-escalation of customer or visitor issues while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay and Schedule

Position Type: Full Time. Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour. Job Schedule: DayTime, Wednesday to Friday, 1:00 PM - 11:30 PM.
