Security Officer Patrol Agent

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant details with site contacts and/or supervisors.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help identify unusual activity and/or property concerns.
• Monitor access points and building activity, assisting with authorized entry, visitor direction, and/or general information requests in a professional manner.
• Support day-to-day operations at a commercial real estate location by reporting maintenance issues, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior according to post instructions.

Requirements

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
