Security Officer Patrol Access Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related protocols at a food and beverage location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to supervisors, local contacts, and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify access permissions for authorized personnel and/or visitors, and document deliveries, vendor activity, and other security-related events.
• Complete routine reports and maintain accurate activity logs related to patrols, incidents, inspections, and/or observed facility conditions.

Requirements

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement for unarmed roles: 18 years old.
• Minimum age requirement for armed roles: 21 years old.

Skills

• Computer skills are preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.

DayTime: Sat 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Sun 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
