Security Officer Access Patrol

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production, warehouse, parking, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Maintain access points and verify entry and exit activity for employees, contractors, deliveries, and/or visitors in accordance with site procedures.
• Support daily operations by communicating clearly with site personnel, following post orders, and completing required logs, reports, and other assigned security-related duties.

Requirements

• X-Ray screening experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
