As a Front Desk Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will serve as a welcoming, highly visible presence for employees and visitors. You will manage access, communicate clearly, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and guests at a front desk location within a technology, media, and telecommunications environment.
Monitor access to the facility by verifying visitor credentials, issuing visitor passes, maintaining visitor records, and following site-specific access-control procedures.
Answer and direct incoming calls, manage visitor inquiries, and communicate professionally with site personnel and emergency responders as needed.
Observe front desk activity and report suspicious activity, access concerns, policy violations, and other security-related incidents to appropriate personnel.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following site-specific policies and emergency response procedures.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
