Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to site guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, offices, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and/or delivery areas in support of site protocols, assisting with badge checks and reporting access-related issues to the appropriate contacts.
• Support day-to-day operations by communicating with site personnel, following post orders, and completing required logs, reports, and/or incident documentation.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
