As a Front Desk Security Officer at a financial institution location, you will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor entry activity, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while helping to maintain an orderly environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor credentials in accordance with site procedures, and direct guests to appropriate areas
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, issue and collect access credentials as authorized, and communicate relevant access concerns to site contacts
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures
• Answer phones, provide general information and directions, and help to deter unauthorized access through professional front-desk presence

Requirements

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment

Preferred Qualifications

• Alarm panel experience is preferred
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred
• Customer service experience is preferred
• Access control and badge experience is preferred

Pay & Schedule

Pay Rate: $19.64 / Hour

Schedule: Daytime, Saturday 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM, Sunday 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
