As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for guests and employees. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate professionally, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail and mall areas, including sales floors, entrances, common areas, loading zones, and perimeter locations, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe customer and visitor activity for unusual conditions, reporting concerns to site leadership and/or appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Complete required incident reports, daily activity logs, and other documentation related to security-related observations and events.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay

$27.60 per hour

Schedule

Monday–Tuesday: 4:00 PM – 3:00 AM (DayTime)
