Security Officer - Part Time Unarmed Security Operations Center

About the role
As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control activities, and provide outstanding customer service. Using clear communication and technology, you will help create a welcoming environment while demonstrating our values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, caring, and integrity.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access control points, visitor activity, alarms, cameras, and other site systems as assigned; document observations and report incidents to appropriate personnel.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
- Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff communications while maintaining a professional presence throughout the property.
Requirements
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
- Access control/badge experience is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

$23.36 / Hour
Schedule
- Day shift: Saturday and Sunday, 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
