About the role

As a Part-Time Unarmed Patrol Officer in Frackville, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Logistics & Distribution. This role involves conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents, monitoring assigned areas, and providing exceptional customer service and communication. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and warehouse personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, reporting observations to appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, trailer yards, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter.
• Monitor access activity for employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, and unusual conditions through accurate reports and shift activity logs.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
