What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, employees, and/or other stakeholders while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of terminal areas, public spaces, parking facilities, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, hazards, or unauthorized access.
• Maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for travelers, visitors, and staff.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders when needed.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain required activity logs in accordance with site procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licenses are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
