Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a hospitality location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service to guests and staff. You will communicate clearly, respond professionally to concerns, and support a welcoming environment through teamwork, integrity, and a caring, reliable approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, visitors, and staff while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of hotel and resort grounds, guest areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, provide directions and assistance, and report unusual conditions or policy concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and complete required reports.
• Support a welcoming environment by maintaining a professional presence and communicating respectfully with guests, staff, vendors, and emergency responders.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
