As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor access points, and support badge and access-control procedures. Deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while contributing to a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of building common areas, parking facilities, exterior grounds, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to the property, verify credentials as required, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and report unauthorized access attempts according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document actions taken.
• Complete detailed activity reports, incident reports, and shift handoff communications while maintaining a professional presence for the property.

Requirements

• Possess 1+ years of law enforcement experience OR 2+ years of security-related supervisor/manager experience OR 3+ years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Qualifications

• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Possession of a guard card/license is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Pay Rate: $15.45 / Hour
