Security Officer Part Time Unarmed Patrol Operations

About the role
As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and operations. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, vendors, and employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, production areas, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and access concerns.
- Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and delivery credentials in accordance with site procedures, documenting entries and departures as required.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency services when needed.
- Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoffs while maintaining a professional presence that helps to deter unauthorized activity.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

- Wednesday: 05:00 PM - 06:00 AM
- Saturday: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Sunday: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
