What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a hotel or resort location.
• Respond to guest concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, coordinating with hotel personnel and emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of guest areas, entrances, parking areas, event spaces, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Maintain access points and observe activity throughout the property, reporting maintenance issues, suspicious behavior, and policy violations according to site procedures.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and maintain clear communication with supervisors, hotel staff, and guests while providing a welcoming presence.

Minimum Requirements

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
