As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor access points, and support a welcoming environment. You will use computer or tablet-based tools to document activity, communicate clearly with visitors and staff, and provide customer-focused service. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities at a laboratory location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping to maintain authorized entry to designated areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel as directed.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol logs in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $21.75 / Hour
• Schedule: Friday 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Saturday 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
