Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established healthcare location protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points, assist with visitor direction, and report unusual activity, hazards, or policy violations to appropriate personnel.

Requirements

• Be at least 21+ years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $20.46 / Hour
• Schedule: Tuesday 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Friday 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Sunday 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
