Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Officer supporting a financial institution location. You will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, manage access control activities, and respond to alarm-related needs. Deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while contributing to a caring, reliable team that acts with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, tenants, visitors, and/or vendors at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned interior and exterior areas, including business spaces, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, maintaining awareness of authorized entry and supporting a professional environment.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities according to site procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports regarding patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities.

Requirements

• Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour
• Position Type: Part Time
• Schedule: DayTime – Monday 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM, Sunday 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM
