Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a corporate technology location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of corporate offices, common areas, parking facilities, loading areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and support visitor, employee, and contractor entry procedures in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff information while following established protocols.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPR certification.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.
• Access control/badge experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Alarm panel experience.
