As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control, and provide professional customer service and communication. You will help create a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff while responding to security-related concerns.

What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a healthcare-related manufacturing location by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify irregular conditions.
- Maintain access to the location by checking credentials, directing visitors according to site procedures, and documenting entries, exits, and incidents as required.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, medical emergencies, and other critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
- Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation while communicating observations and concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
Minimum Requirements
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- A guard card or license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
