Security Officer Part Time Unarmed Mobile Driver

About the role

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for customers and employees. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements. Deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while demonstrating Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, caring, team-oriented, and integrity-driven values.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, stockroom access points, entrances, exits, and perimeter areas.
• Help to deter unauthorized activity by observing the location, reporting suspicious behavior and/or hazards, and communicating concerns to appropriate site contacts.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, and other security-related activities accurately and promptly.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

$18.50 / Hour

• Thursday: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Friday: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
