You will remain visible to help deter incidents, assist customers and visitors, and communicate professionally with team members. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and retail personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Monitor access points and observe activity within the location to help deter unauthorized entry, theft-related activity, and policy violations.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

Requirements

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
